Fabulous location near Gran Vía for exploring. Tiny bathroom made it uncomfortable for my tall husband.

Location felt unbeatable, just a few steps from Gran Via and surrounded by attractions. The room had a cozy vibe with good decor, yet it felt a bit cramped. The bed was extremely comfortable, providing great sleep after a busy day exploring. The AC was effective, though I had trouble adjusting the temperature. Some noise from outside and the hallway could disrupt the peacefulness at night. The staff were fairly helpful, but initial check-in felt lacking in warmth. Overall, my stay balanced comfort with some minor inconveniences.

Excellent choice to unwind after a day of exploring nearby museums and shopping, and enjoy the vibrant Plaza atmosphere.

The location is truly amazing, with everything

from major attractions to great dining options just a short walk away. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, our room was quite small for our liking. Despite this, it served its purpose for sleeping comfortably at night.

My room resembled a relic from the 70s!!! Only one glass for three people feels a bit stingy!!! A cold welcome and cheap soap dispensers are not the experience you expect!!! Who uses sheets instead of blankets in this day and age? !!!

Loved the comfy bed and the spotless room! The location was a dream with everything just a hop away. Even during the busy pride week, it felt like my little urban oasis!

The lighting was brighter than my future on a Saturday night—so much for beauty sleep! And if you're expecting luxury amenities, you might just feel like you’re camping indoors!

Vazquez De Mella Gran Via is a gem! The location is a stone's throw from Gran Via, making it perfect for exploring. The staff, especially Krisztina, made our stay extraordinary—she even left a bottle of wine for my birthday! Clean, comfy rooms with excellent amenities like air conditioning and Wi-Fi made it a delight.

We had a great time! The room was cozy and clean, with an amazing view to enjoy in the mornings, but it did get a bit too hot at times.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to numerous shops and restaurants. The terrace overlooking the plaza provided ample natural light, making the space feel inviting. However, the rooms, though clean and well-decorated, can be a bit noisy if the street gets busy. Additionally, the size of the room felt cramped for a family stay, which could be a concern for longer visits. Still, the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making our short stay enjoyable.

So, I had this really great thing happen, the bed was super comfy and the room was spotless, like you could eat off the floor if you wanted.
